Requirements
- Attention to detail, with an uncompromising approach to quality
- Familiar with standard hand and power tools
- Carpentry experience desired, but willing to train
- General construction knowledge
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret standard design plans and labels and measurements on a tape measure
Nice To Haves
- Carpentry experience desired
Responsibilities
- Install closets, garage flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in client's homes
- Take precise measurements and explain the process to clients, communicating reasonable and accurate expectations
- Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations
- Communicate clearly and honestly with the customer, verbally and in writing
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
