About The Position
QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring flooring crew members and foremen in Conroe, Texas. The position is full-time and open to entry-level through experienced candidates. Pay starts at $19 per hour, based on experience, with additional hourly job bonuses. Employees install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring and use heavy-duty preparation and polishing equipment. Candidates must be willing to travel. Foremen receive a company truck and phone.

Responsibilities
- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring.
- Operate heavy-duty preparation and polishing equipment safely.
- Work with the crew to meet daily production targets.
- Prioritize safety on every job site.
