Requirements
- Background in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is highly valued.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit.
- Must be willing to travel.
Responsibilities
- Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring.
- Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely.
- Work hard with your crew to smash daily production targets.
- Keep safety as your #1 priority on every job site.
