About The Position

The EPM Senior Consultant collaborates with Keyrus consultants to apply deep Anaplan expertise to the design, implementation, and optimization of sophisticated planning models and solutions. The role involves working with client subject matter experts to analyze requirements, facilitate business process design and modeling sessions, and identify gaps, issues, and reporting risks as part of an implementation team. The consultant translates business processes and requirements into technical requirements, design documentation, solution designs, and system configurations. They configure and deploy Anaplan solutions to meet client needs and delivery commitments, maintain client focus, and take ownership in driving consensus and project decisions. The role also includes training and supporting end users, documenting models and configurations for knowledge transfer, delivering demonstrations to executives and business users, and staying current with Anaplan updates and business-planning trends to provide thought leadership. The position calls for effective communication with managerial, technical, and user audiences; sound management of project priorities, scope, timelines, goals, and milestones; and the ability to work independently on small engagements or lead workstreams within larger projects. Consultants collaborate with global teams and clients on a project-by-project basis.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience implementing Performance Management solutions using Anaplan.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Anaplan models.
Technical knowledge of software implementation activities, including field-to-field data mapping, data conversion validation, system and security configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system integration testing (SIT).
Experience working on project teams using structured methodologies to gather business requirements, document business processes, support data conversions, and design system interfaces.
A background in business, finance, multidimensional modeling, data analytics, business intelligence, or consulting.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and teammates.
Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to evolving project requirements and client needs.
Comfort working with global teams and clients on a project-by-project basis.
Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or lead workstreams within larger projects.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting business development, including product demonstrations or solution presentations to prospective clients.
Experience implementing Performance Management solutions using IBM TM1/Planning Analytics (PA), Oracle Hyperion, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Tagetik, Board, or OneStream.
Experience supporting Finance, Sales, or Operations business functions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
Experience with Consolidation and Financial Reporting, Sales Performance Management, Supply Chain Planning, Management Reporting, or Enterprise Operational Planning solutions.
Experience with ETL and data integration tools such as Informatica, SnapLogic, or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Working knowledge of RDBMS and related technologies, including SQL, ANSI SQL, MySQL, Oracle PL/SQL, AWS PartiQL, or SAS.
A master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Analyze user requirements and facilitate business process design and business modeling sessions with client subject matter experts.
Identify gaps, issues, and reporting risk areas as part of an implementation team.
Translate business processes and requirements into technical requirements, design documentation, solution designs, and system configurations.
Configure and deploy Anaplan solutions to meet client needs and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Maintain client focus and demonstrate ownership in driving consensus and project-related decisions.
Train and support end users so they can effectively use Anaplan for planning and decision-making.
Create documentation of Anaplan models and configurations to support knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
Deliver demonstrations to audiences ranging from executives to business users.
Stay current with Anaplan platform updates, best practices, and business-planning trends, and provide thought leadership to clients and the team.
Communicate effectively in writing and orally with managerial, technical, and user audiences.
Understand and manage priorities, scope, timeline, goals, and key milestones.
