EPM Senior Associate - Business Transformation

Requirements
- 2+ years in relevant EPM development or 3+ years in relevant FP&A modelling experience.
- Hands-on experience with Model Builder, Developing, and Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Experience with tools like Pigment, Workday Adaptive, TM1, Anaplan, Salesforce, Snowflake, Etc..
- Partner with customers to drive business process improvements and implement proactive solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, dynamic, and multidimensional solutions that elevate client business processes, boosting productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis with precision.
- Deeply understand and gather business requirements to develop technical solutions that scale with growing companies.
- Establish and nurture strong internal and external partnerships, identifying business opportunities and fostering long-term client networks.
- Contribute to operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.
- Design, develop, and deliver top-tier Planning & Reporting dashboards using tools like Pigment and Anaplan.
- Address issues based on severity and collaborate with teams for timely resolutions.
- Quickly master new systems and processes to support evolving functions.
- Proactively engage in organizational initiatives to elevate process maturity.
- Ensure client and project team requirements are met, recommending superior solutions when applicable.
