Requirements
- 5 years of experience performing epi reactor maintenance
- Experience with epi reactor hardware design projects
- Ability to continuously improve tools and processes
- Ability to troubleshoot epi reactor issues beyond the instructions in specifications/OCAPS
- Ability to communicate events and responses within a relatively small and tightly coordinated group
- Responsible for maintaining and updating spec documents
- All duties are conducted inside a clean room with appropriate gowning
Responsibilities
- Lead epi reactor hardware and design upgrade projects
- Work with tool vendors and supply vendors
- Perform Epi reactor maintenance
- Lead epi reactor exhaust maintenance
- Lead high-pressure cylinder changes
- Lead epi reactor parts cleaning and parts assembly
- Continuously improve tools and processes
