About The Position

The Epique Rewards Supervisor at Fond du Lac Casino, within the Marketing department, is responsible for overseeing the Épique Rewards Representatives. This role requires demonstrating courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to all individuals, promoting the property, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to casino players. The supervisor will also be responsible for accurate data entry, fostering positive player relationships, collaborating with other departments, and providing feedback for program improvement. A strong ability to work within a team, respond professionally to requests, and provide customer service with a thorough knowledge of casino promotions is essential. The role also involves administrative tasks such as completing paperwork, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to mandatory training requirements, including Title 31 and SAR training. Flexibility and the ability to assume additional responsibilities are expected.

Requirements

  • No Driver’s License required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong ability to lead by example, inspire, and motivate others is required.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with both players and team members is required.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is required.
  • Demonstrated positive customer service, communication and listening skills.
  • Skill in data entry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required.
  • Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is required.
  • Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved.
  • Knowledge of computer applications including word processing, databases and/or data entry, spreadsheets and Microsoft Outlook is required.
  • Must attend all mandatory department training.
  • Must attend all required Title 31 and/or SAR training.
  • Ability to obtain a gaming identification badge to work in and around Casino property and facilities.
  • Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation’s Personnel Policies.
  • Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.
  • May be required to be available on call and to work extended hours.
  • Appropriate work attire is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of Gaming or Marketing experience preferred.
  • One-year Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the Épique Rewards Representatives, ensuring courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to all individuals.
  • Trains department individuals to promote the property and its areas.
  • Maintains the department's filing and records system.
  • Completes all required paperwork and reports.
  • Provides friendly and professional assistance to casino players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Fosters positive relationships with players to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience.
  • Accurately enters and updates player information into the casino’s database, ensuring data integrity.
  • Works closely with other casino departments to ensure smooth operations and player satisfaction.
  • Provides feedback to management on program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
  • Works well within a team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Responds promptly and professionally to all requests, complaints, and problems.
  • Provides customer service demonstrating a good working knowledge of all services and promotions at the casino properties.
  • Communicates with and provides services to guests in a manner that promotes the casino and exemplifies high-quality customer service.
  • Maintains confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees, band members, and/or clients.
  • Maintains proper attendance and reports to work on time.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Assumes other responsibilities assigned by management as deemed necessary due to job modifications.
