About The Position

The EPIC Willow Ambulatory Analyst (Systems Application Analyst) role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification for relevant applications is required upon hire. The position involves five (5) years of application support experience. Preferred qualifications include healthcare experience and two (2) years of project management and/or application lead experience. Key skills include excellent analytical abilities, proficiency with workflows for problem-solving, understanding application functionality and its relation to departments, and the ability to make recommendations for operational integration. The role also requires coordinating cross-team discussions, presenting solutions effectively, mentoring team members, setting priorities, utilizing problem-solving techniques with minimal direction, and adapting to changing environments, including leading change.
