Epic Training Lead – Epic-to-Epic Deployment This is a contract that is over a year long. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Epic Training Lead to lead all training activities for a large-scale Epic-to-Epic migration supporting the integration of Lancaster General Health into the Penn Medicine Epic environment. This individual will develop and execute the overall training strategy for a complex enterprise deployment, ensuring clinicians, operational staff, and leadership are fully prepared for a successful go-live. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading training for Epic implementations, Epic-to-Epic conversions, or major Epic deployments within large Academic Medical Centers (AMCs). This role requires expertise in adult learning, change management, curriculum development, training logistics, and the use of innovative learning technologies, including adaptive learning platforms and AI-driven knowledge management solutions.
