Requirements

Two (2) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Tapestry workflows.
Ability to balance multiple projects.
Solves problems effectively and provides recommendations.
High School Diploma/GED.
Epic Tapestry Certification required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
Preferred specialty experience in UM – Utilization Management build/implementation.
(UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits preferred)

Responsibilities

Facilitates end-user meetings and provides level of operational and application build expertise in completing assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes.
Performs design, build, and implementation assignments/ projects.
Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate sophisticated requirement/concepts into functionality.
Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/ operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
Guides in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
