Requirements

  • Two (2) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Tapestry workflows.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects.
  • Solves problems effectively and provides recommendations.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Epic Tapestry Certification required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Preferred specialty experience in UM – Utilization Management build/implementation.
  • (UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates end-user meetings and provides level of operational and application build expertise in completing assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes.
  • Performs design, build, and implementation assignments/ projects.
  • Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate sophisticated requirement/concepts into functionality.
  • Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
  • Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/ operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
  • Guides in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
