About The Position

The Intermediate Application Systems Analyst independently manages application configurations, troubleshoots complex issues, and collaborates with end-users. The role focuses on improving application functionality, supporting upgrades, and managing medium-scale optimizations. The analyst configures and maintains application systems, supports users in clinical or operational environments, works with vendors, and collaborates with operations to optimize workflows. Additional duties may be assigned, and leadership may alter or modify the position's duties.

Requirements

• Experience in application troubleshooting, configurations, and support.
• Ability to manage technical tasks independently.
• Strong collaboration skills with end-users and IT teams.
• One of the following education and experience combinations: high school diploma and at least 5 years of application analysis experience; an associate degree in computer science, IT, or a related field and at least 3 years of application analysis experience; or a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field and at least 1 year of application analysis experience.
