About The Position

This job provides technical expertise, workflow training and support to end users in multiple settings. Participates in/leading usability testing, Epic implementations, efficiency sessions, formal classroom training, one-on-one education, department-based education sessions, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Consults with users to identify current-state operating goals to optimize the Epic systems. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in education, healthcare, information technology, customer service or related field; OR 1 year of Epic experience; OR Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent business writing, interpersonal, written and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and ability to use technology and explain it to others.
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
• Organizational, time management, and project management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet required deadlines.
• Analytical skills and ability to use logical thought processes in order to formulate solutions to problems.
• Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts and drive at night.
• Ability to travel throughout and between facilities (which may include overnight stay).

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• ARRT Certification
• 1 year of Epic software experience.
• 1 year of EMR implementation experience.
• 1 year of relevant project management experience.
• 1 year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides Epic education and end-user support during and after the implementation/onboarding process.
• Partners and communicates with assigned customers and end users to assess goals and needs.
• Participates in problem identification and resolution activities.
• Maintains expertise in assigned Epic applications, enterprise-wide applications, and departmental workflows.
• Provides support for Epic implementations, relevant applications, and organizational initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as required.
• Remains knowledgeable on current federal, state and local laws, accreditation standards or regulatory agency requirements that apply to the assigned area of responsibility and ensures compliance with all such laws, regulations and standards.
