About The Position

The Product Owner II is responsible for executing the strategic direction, continuous improvement, functional and technical roadmap for the product or experience. Product Owners work with cross functional teams to understand how to compete and differentiate in product delivery, build the right foundations to create and scale differentiated experiences, plan, manage, and drive applications for success in meeting product experience goals, and manage the backlog of product deliverables, grooming it according to learnings from qualitative and quantitative sources and in alignment with organizational goals. They also consult with stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions, translating client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications, and designs for solutions. As a leader in the organization, the Product Owner II will also be responsible for leadership activities, including advising leadership on the technology portfolio within and sometimes outside of a product area of focus, utilizing in-depth knowledge of technological alternatives and directions, business systems and requirements to conduct independent analyses and reviews of technical and business requirements, and understanding long-term business objectives and proposing technology strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through technology.
