About The Position

Please note this is a hybrid/remote position. On-site expectation is one to two days per week. Investigates, analyzes, designs, develops and implements cost effective solutions to meet business needs and issues within Radiology/Enterprise Imaging. Collaborate with staff, users and leadership to identify, deliver and evaluate systems, support, data transmission, reporting, storage and management to meet staff, provider and patient needs. A proven leader with excellent business analyst skills that will represent IT in ongoing and future planning within the organization. This position will also provide on-call support for all imaging areas as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or a related field OR a combination of education/experience that demonstrates technical competence.
  • Minimum of five (5) years with experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and systems.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
  • Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
  • Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
  • Epic Certification required (Epic certification is required within 6 months of employment, including 2 test retakes).

Nice To Haves

  • At least five (5) years work experience with Epic Radiant.
  • Epic Radiant certification
