About The Position

The Epic MyChart Analyst provides an intermediate level of operational and application build expertise in completing routine and occasionally more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. This role focuses on medium to large projects, involving workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members. The analyst will use creative skills to enhance patient satisfaction by designing and optimizing the MyChart platform, driving patient engagement through the patient portal. Responsibilities also include running queries for metric reporting, participating in an on-call rotation for off-hours support, and developing/monitoring testing scenarios to ensure system efficiency, including preparing and maintaining documentation for testing plans.

Requirements

Intermediate level of operational and application build expertise in Epic MyChart.
Experience with workflow analysis, build, and documentation.
Skills in designing and optimizing patient portals.
Ability to run queries for metric reporting.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Experience in developing and monitoring testing scenarios and methodologies.
Ability to prepare and maintain documentation on testing plans.
