Under the guidance and direction of the IT Enterprise Applications Manager, the Epic Learning Specialist plays a vital role in building and sustaining a best-in-class Epic learning experience for new and current GHC-SCW staff. You'll be part of a supportive, energetic team that values creativity, continuous improvement, and working together to solve challenges.
What You'll Do:
Working within a structured Epic learning program, you'll deliver engaging training and hands-on support primarily for EpicCare Ambulatory. You'll also champion GHC-SCW-specific technology needs, ensuring our staff feels confident and capable every step of the way.
As a key contributor to our collaborative work environment, you'll bring your expertise to project workgroups and committees, offering thoughtful recommendations, helping shape decisions, and partnering across departments to drive meaningful outcomes. Your voice matters here — we count on our specialists to be active, engaged participants who aren't afraid to share fresh ideas.
You'll develop innovative training curricula and materials that are as effective as they are engaging, and you'll exercise independent judgment and decision-making to keep programs running smoothly and responsively.
