Under the guidance and direction of the IT Enterprise Applications Manager, the Epic Learning Specialist plays a vital role in building and sustaining a best-in-class Epic learning experience for new and current GHC-SCW staff. You'll be part of a supportive, energetic team that values creativity, continuous improvement, and working together to solve challenges. What You'll Do: Working within a structured Epic learning program, you'll deliver engaging training and hands-on support primarily for EpicCare Ambulatory. You'll also champion GHC-SCW-specific technology needs, ensuring our staff feels confident and capable every step of the way. As a key contributor to our collaborative work environment, you'll bring your expertise to project workgroups and committees, offering thoughtful recommendations, helping shape decisions, and partnering across departments to drive meaningful outcomes.
