Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Healthcare IT in an Epic HIM Analyst role
- Current Epic HIM Certification
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required.
- High School Diploma / GED
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Health Information Management (HIM) is recommended.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
- Performing independently and becoming a subject matter expert.
- Active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Providing solutions to work-related problems.
- Execute assigned tasks with increasing independence while seeking guidance to resolve common technical issues.
- Recognize recurring patterns in system behavior and contribute to improving support processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall project outcomes and knowledge sharing.
- Assist in documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Engage in continuous learning to deepen understanding of the software environment and related technologies.
