About The Position

CTG is seeking a skilled Epic Grand Central/Prelude/RTE Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, patient access application knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting registration, scheduling, and patient movement workflows. This role is critical in ensuring seamless functionality of Epic’s Grand Central and Cadence modules, supporting both break/fix issues and application enhancements.

Requirements

• Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and RTE Certification (required).
• Extensive experience with registration, scheduling, patient movement, and referral management workflows across Epic Grand Central, Prelude, and RTE modules.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of the Epic analyst team, providing developer-level support.
• Apply deep understanding of patient access, scheduling, and patient movement applications to optimize system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve break/fix issues within the Grand Central, Prelude, RTE modules.
• Implement application enhancements to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
• Work effectively within an established team structure, contributing to shared goals.
• Partner with the manager to prioritize tasks and deliverables.
