This position will function as a primary analyst for the Transplant and Disease Management clinics, Respiratory Therapy, Surgical Specialty, ICU and Med Surg units at Clements University Hospital, and other departments assigned. This is vital in overseeing a wide range of Transplant programs, including Heart/Kidney/Liver/Lung clinics, Advanced Heart Failure, Chronic Kidney Disease, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Ventricular Assist Device [VAD] clinics. The analyst holds critical responsibilities, including performing analysis, design, build, integrated testing, release coordination, and ongoing support to ensure stable and reliable systems across a rapidly growing Transplant program. The role also includes managing structured backlog intake and prioritization, ensuring ongoing optimization and advancement of clinical workflows. Beyond primary responsibilities, the analyst will also serve as secondary support for the Inpatient Hospital group at Clements and Zale, the Cardiology inpatient units, and the ICU units. Additionally, the analyst will act as backup support for on campus clinics—including Cardiology, Digestive Disease, PFT Lab, Sleep and Breathing Centers, and Neurology—as well as satellite clinics in Frisco, Las Colinas, and Richardson. The analyst will also play a key role in supporting future expansion within EMR service line programs and accommodating new requests from UTSW satellite departments planned across the metroplex. This presents a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and evolution of the healthcare system, fostering a strong sense of professional accomplishment and impact. Our ideal candidate has experience in Phoenix Transplant, EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc, or EpicCare Inpatient Orders or a Certification in any other Epic Clinical Application.
