We are seeking an experienced EPIC Client Systems Administrator to join Technical Services Team B. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining Epic's application infrastructure while leading technical projects that enhance system performance, interoperability, and end-user experience across the healthcare enterprise. The successful candidate will provide administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of critical Epic technologies, primarily EPIC MyChart, and including Printing Services, Web Blob, Interconnect, Care Everywhere, Hyperspace Performance, Hyperspace Web, Kuiper, System Pulse, Telemedicine integrations, EpicCare Link, and Epic Hello World. The role also includes support and management of Imprivata OneSign solutions to ensure secure and seamless user access. Working closely with application analysts, infrastructure teams, clinical stakeholders, and vendors, this position is responsible for system upgrades, configuration management, performance tuning, incident resolution, and implementation of new Epic infrastructure capabilities.
