As an Epic Certified Clinical Data Model Consultant, you will collaborate with Accenture, software vendor, and client teams. You will act as an Analytics Practitioner, developing business insights using predictive statistical modeling and analytical tools to improve decision-making. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, manage teams, take responsibility for decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems. Expert proficiency in Epic Reporting is required, with recommendations for proficiency in Clinical Information Systems, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Epic Systems, and AI & Data Solution Architecture. You will apply advanced analytical methods, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support predictive model development, guide team members on best practices, and contribute to data quality improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Epic Certified Analyst role
  • Experience and certification in Epic Clinical Data Model
  • Expert proficiency in Epic Reporting

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm
  • Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic
  • Experience with Data Models, Clinical, Revenue etc.
  • SQL experienced
  • Expert proficiency in Clinical Information Systems
  • Expert proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation and Epic Systems
  • Advanced proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture

Responsibilities

  • Developing business insights using predictive statistical modeling activities.
  • Using analytical tools and techniques to generate and improve decision-making by modeling client, market, and key performance data.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively, taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Applying advanced analytical methods to identify trends and opportunities that support strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Supporting the development and refinement of predictive models to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Guiding team members in adopting best practices for data analysis and reporting.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality and analytical processes.
