Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Epic application support as a Certified Analyst
- Epic certification in one or more of the following modules Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referral, Welcome.
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Team Lead for Epic application support
- Work as a 2 in box partner with the client counterpart to direct and lead the team.
- Oversee day to day operations of the client application support team while directing the offshore Epic support team.
- Serve as the leadership and escalation point for the offshore Epic support team.
- Requires in depth Epic support knowledge.
