The Epic MyChart/Ambulatory Program/Project Manager will oversee collaboration between Accenture teams, software vendors, and clients, in addition to supporting the internal growth of the ATC's Epic Team. This involves project plan creation, executive presence, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong driver personality. The role also includes assisting with workflow analysis and design, defining product requirements, assigning resources, providing input on functional specifications, participating in quality reviews, advising on system configuration and integration, and serving as an intermediary between client and Accenture teams. Other duties may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience in Healthcare IT in an EpicCare Ambulatory Leader role.
Experience and certification in EpicCare Ambulatory.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Experience with project plan creation.
Executive presence.
Comfort with ambiguity.
Strong DRIVER personality.
Experience reporting accountability for projects/programs to executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic.
Experience in leading multiple teams through separate iterations of projects.
Experience with people management and adherence to business standards.
Experience in Epic MyChart, Healthy Planet, Epic Beacon, EpicCare Link, Epic Dermatology, Home Health, Kaleidoscope, Willow Ambulatory, or Wisdom.
Program or Project Management Experience.
Experience working with requirement gathering from Clinical leadership.

Responsibilities

Oversee the collaboration of multiple teams including Accenture, software vendor, and client teams.
Support the internal growth and development of the ATC's Epic Team.
Create detailed project scope based on end-user information and obtain sign-off from the Operations team.
Develop and manage detailed Excel project plans, driving progress through status calls and individual updates.
Portray competence and confidence to Operations/Client resources.
Be concise and clear in escalations and status reporting.
Figure out how to handle new complexities and standard procedures in projects.
Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.
Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
Assign resources to projects based on skill and mastery.
Provide input into high-level functional specifications.
Participate in quality management reviews of design and performance.
Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup.
Assist with testing activities.
Serve as an intermediary with the client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads.
Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source-to-target mapping.
Other duties as assigned, including implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.
