About The Position

The Application System Analyst II serves as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, support resources, and vendors to design, build, optimize, and support assigned applications. This role is responsible for application support, optimization, troubleshooting, project implementation, and workflow analysis. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders to ensure applications meet operational and organizational needs while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong healthcare systems knowledge, technical expertise, project management capabilities, and excellent communication skills. They can independently implement and support medium- to high-complexity applications with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems
• Experience resolving moderate incidents independently
• Experience developing new functionality with limited supervision
• Experience working in collaborative team environments
• Technical Skills: Application design, configuration, and support
• Business process analysis
• Workflow optimization
• Requirements gathering and documentation
• Change management
• Project coordination
• Incident management and troubleshooting
• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Epic certification or proficiency in assigned module (required within 6 months of employment)
• Certifications/proficiencies must remain current through ongoing version training

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in: Healthcare, Business, Information Systems, or Related field
• Detailed healthcare systems knowledge
