About The Position

The Epic Bridges Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of Epic Bridges interfaces and interoperability solutions across the organization. The role serves as the primary subject matter expert for healthcare data exchange, system integrations, interface development, and interoperability workflows, ensuring seamless communication between Epic and internal and external systems. The Epic Bridges Analyst partners closely with operational leaders, application analysts, integration engineers, clinical stakeholders, revenue cycle teams, vendors, and technical teams to design and support secure, reliable, and scalable interface solutions. The position plays a critical role in enabling data exchange, supporting patient care workflows, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational interoperability strategies through Epic Bridges and related technologies.

Requirements

• Subject matter expert for healthcare data exchange, system integrations, interface development, and interoperability workflows.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, maintaining, optimizing, and supporting Epic Bridges interfaces and interoperability solutions.
• Ability to partner with various stakeholders including operational leaders, application analysts, integration engineers, clinical stakeholders, revenue cycle teams, vendors, and technical teams.
• Understanding of secure, reliable, and scalable interface solutions.
• Knowledge of patient care workflows, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational interoperability strategies.

Responsibilities
