Epic Beaker Manager
About The Position
Epic Beaker Lab Applications Manager will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the Beaker application team. This role leverages expertise in Epic Beaker applications to optimize laboratory workflows, enhance patient care outcomes, and drive complex initiatives from planning through execution. The manager will lead and develop a high-performing team supporting Epic Beaker CP and AP applications, as well as integrated third-party solutions, including Data Innovations and SoftBank. They will also build strong relationships with clients and vendors while leading change management efforts that align with organizational goals and support long-term success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Epic Beaker applications.
- Knowledge of Epic Foundation and Epic applications.
- Experience leading and developing a team.
- Experience managing complex projects.
- Experience fostering relationships with clients and vendors.
- Experience leading change management efforts.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with integrated third-party solutions, including Data Innovations and SoftBank.

- Effectively manage change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
- Partners with connect program manager to assist in connect program development.
