Epic Beaker Analyst I
About The Position
The Epic Beaker Analyst supports the configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Epic Beaker Application across one or more laboratory specialty areas. This role collaborates with laboratory and technology teams to optimize workflows, uphold system integrity and governance standards, and troubleshoot functional and technical issues that impact operations and patient insights. The Analyst demonstrates a strong understanding of laboratory processes and the order-to-cash workflow, collaborating with laboratory subject-matter experts and Epic Application stakeholders to ensure system design is accurate, efficient, compliant, and enhances the experience for patients, providers, and employees.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of laboratory processes.
- Strong understanding of the order-to-cash workflow.
- Experience with Epic Beaker Application configuration, testing, and maintenance.
- Ability to collaborate with laboratory subject-matter experts and Epic Application stakeholders.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
