About The Position
The Epic Application Analyst (I, II, or III) role focuses on Epic Tapestry applications, specifically Core Administration, Utilization Management, or Benefits. This position serves as the primary support contact, guiding workflow design, system build and testing, and analyzing technical issues related to Epic and connected software. The level of the role (I, II, or III) will be determined by the candidate's experience and qualifications. Level II analysts independently manage more complex configurations and system optimizations, and mentor Level I analysts.
Requirements
- Epic Certification in Tapestry Core, Utilization Management, or Benefits.
- Experience and qualifications to determine Analyst level (I, II, or III).
Responsibilities
- Guide workflow design for Epic Tapestry applications (Core Administration, Utilization Management, or Benefits).
- Build and test the Epic Tapestry system.
- Analyze technical issues associated with Epic and any other connected software.
- Provide primary support for Epic Tapestry applications.
- Independently manage more complex configurations and systems optimizations (for Level II).
- Mentor Level I analysts (for Level II).
