About The Position

The Epic Application Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic technical infrastructure and integrated technologies that support the organization's electronic health record (EHR) ecosystem. This role serves as the primary technical resource for assigned Epic technical applications and environments, ensuring the stability, security, performance, and interoperability of Epic systems across clinical, financial, and operational domains. The Epic Application Analyst partners closely with Epic application teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, database administrators, integration engineers, vendor partners, and operational stakeholders to support Epic implementation, upgrades, optimizations, and ongoing system operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining system availability, supporting integrations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring the successful deployment of Epic technologies throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Experience with Epic technical infrastructure and integrated technologies.
• Knowledge of EHR ecosystem.
• Experience supporting Epic technical applications and environments.
• Understanding of system stability, security, performance, and interoperability.
• Experience working with clinical, financial, and operational domains.
• Collaboration skills with various teams including Epic application teams, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, database administrators, integration engineers, and vendor partners.
• Experience in supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Ability to maintain system availability.
• Experience supporting integrations.
• Skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
