About The Position

This position supports IT Systems as a systems analyst, with a primary focus on Epic. The role involves collaborating with customers, creating test plans, enhancing system functionality with minimal assistance, and troubleshooting system issues. The analyst will play an active role in the orientation and training of new system users, maintain current knowledge of regulatory compliance, and apply prior knowledge to recommend, improve, and implement system changes. Participation in internal PI initiatives is also expected. This position works closely with Inspira leadership, customers, and other stakeholders to provide IS support and guidance, aiming to improve workflows, outcomes, and overall patient and customer satisfaction across all Inspira locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to team success.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • 5 years healthcare experience.
  • Epic Certified in an IS analyst Role.
  • Maintaining Epic Certifications required for position is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within a health care organization preferred.
