We are looking for an experienced Epic Ambulatory Super User to support our clinical teams in delivering exceptional patient care. As a non-profit organization focused on primary care, we utilize Epic through the Community Connect model to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes. This role will serve as a key resource for end-user support, workflow optimization, and training within the ambulatory setting. Experience with OCHIN’s Epic EHR is strongly preferred. Summary of Position Under the direction of the Clinical Informatics Manager, the Epic Ambulatory Super User, is accountable to see that the goals set for the clinical informatics department are met. Works closely with the clinicians, physicians, dentists, administrative staff and information technology staff to ensure integration of quality initiatives and technology into the patient care process. Supports the analysis, evaluation, development, implementation, updating and integrity of quality projects and clinical systems. Coordinates education of all users in clinical software.
