Prominence Advisors is actively seeking an Epic Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope Analyst to join their team. You'll have the opportunity to help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through your ability to drive strategic process improvement, manage complex projects, and solve difficult problems. Requirements

  • Current EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Epic Security certification or hands-on Security experience strongly preferred
  • Epic Kaleidoscope certification or hands-on Kaleidoscope experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting outpatient rehabilitation workflows preferred
  • Experience with Epic Dermatology and Bones Knowledge Tracks preferred
  • Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows and healthcare operations
