Responsible for the efficient running of EP2 on 1st shift within the Bennington, VT manufacturing location. Vishay Tansitor is located in Bennington, VT and is the world’s number one manufacturer of wet tantalum and conformal-coated capacitors worldwide. Tansitor has approximately 100 employees between 3 shifts.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing experience helpful.
May have occasional exposure to dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals that fall below acceptable limits as established by current government standards
Adheres to company quality and safety requirements
Must wear required PPE
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, this position is open only to applicants who qualify as “U.S. Persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Predominately assembly, in the department to ensure smooth workflow.
Process includes but not limited to sandblasting, punch ta disc, stamp foil, chemical deposition, heat treat, produce membranes, welding assemble and vac. impregnation and various inspections.
