About The Position

The EOHS Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative, onboarding, and respirator fit-testing support to the EOHS function collaborating with other team members.. Reporting to EOHS Manager and in partnership with Talent Acquisition Coordinator , the EOHS Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the EOHS onboarding process for all new hires. Requirements

  • Two to three years progressively more responsible related experience in healthcare, demonstrating familiarity with human resources services and policies at the system and affiliate level.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible and a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of tasks and requests from multiple sources.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office, Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer experience with electronic medical record and appointment scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating all EOHS pre-boarding requirements in a timely manager.
  • Monitoring onboarding requirements to ensure employee is cleared prior to start date and all immunization documentation is submitted and clinically cleared prior to onboarding.
  • Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Coordinator.
  • Responds to candidate inquires.
  • Understands and applies the policies, procedures, regulations, and statutes associated with new hire onboarding
  • Collaborates with the team on continuous improvement and value-added processes and projects
  • Supports the respirator fit testing program for all new hires, including recordkeeping required for reporting needs.
