Spur Environmental Services is seeking an Environmental Technician with a Class A CDL and Tanker Endorsement. This role involves operating Hydrovac, Vacuum Tanker, and Roll-off equipment, among others. While direct experience with this specific equipment is not required, it is highly recommended. This is an outdoor position that may involve travel and labor-intensive duties. Environmental Technicians are responsible for hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling hazardous materials. The work environment can be extreme, including heat, cold, heights, hazardous chemicals, loud noises, and dangerous equipment, often requiring long hours and significant physical exertion such as prolonged standing, walking, crouching, and heavy lifting (up to 100 pounds or more). Confined Space Entry may be required. The role also emphasizes teamwork and requires travel up to 50%.
