Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Must be able to read and understand scope of work / work plans
- Must be able to work off shifts and overtime and willing to work out of town
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable driving record required
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree or BS in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
- Experience in environmental consulting services
- Asbestos and Industrial Hygiene experience and license
Responsibilities
- Asbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Surveys
- Asbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Abatement Monitoring
- Asbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Clearance Sampling
- Asbestos Air Sample Analysis
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
- Phase II/Subsurface Investigations
- Ability to compose and review field documentation and reports
- Ability to communicate with clients and regulatory agencies to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Participate in all QA/QC programs as appropriate and Safety Programs
