About The Position
Daily cleaning of all defined Surgical Service areas. This includes linen handling, equipment and patient transfer, stocking supplies, maintaining inventory, and patient and lab specimen transport. The role requires maintaining high standards of cleanliness in accordance with policy and procedures.
Requirements
- One-year experience in cleaning or janitorial work
- Ability to read and follow instructions verbal and written
- Understand visual aids
- Ability to use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals
Nice To Haves
- OR/OB cleaning housekeeping experience
