Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience where you’ve shown you can lead others.
• High School diploma
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a commitment to serving others with kindness.
• Strong verbal and written skills to keep the team connected and informed.
• Ability to stay active throughout your shift (standing, walking, bending) and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support your team by assigning tasks, creating fair schedules, and providing the mentorship they need to succeed.
• Maintain a spotless environment that reflects our high standards of patient care and safety.
• Manage inventory, payroll records, and vendor relationships with honesty and meticulous attention to detail.
• Work hand-in-hand with other departments to complete special projects and improve our facility.
