The EHS Supervisor is responsible for ensuring EHS and Quality compliance at the facility location. Principal Responsibilities: Health and Safety facility inspections, audits, and training Implementing Health and Safety policy, programs, and procedures Environmental Facility Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Environmental Audits: Perform audits to identify potential areas of improvement and ensure adherence to environmental standards. Permit Applications: Manage environmental permit applications, renewals, and modifications to ensure timely submissions and approvals. Incident Investigation: Respond to and investigate any environmental incidents, spills, or concerns, ensuring proper mitigation and corrective actions are taken. Provides directions to other department supervisors and plant employees regarding health and safety matters Accurate and timely Health and Safety reporting and recordkeeping Occasional travel to EHS training events May be responsible for additional plant operations Participates and contributes to company safety program Perform other related duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
