About The Position

Requires the fundamental understanding of the principles, concepts, and methods of environmental protection program work. Must demonstrate the ability to apply this knowledge while performing a variety of duties involving the assistance with coordination and/or monitoring, of projects, or activities.

Requirements

  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
  • Must possess basic computer, technical writing, and communication skills.
  • The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA's List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

  • May be required to travel to training events, conferences, and temporary work locations.
  • Additional licenses and/or certifications may be required depending on work and funding agency requirements.
