About The Position
Under regular supervision, carries out assignments that are routine and require minimal technical judgment and accuracy. Possesses knowledge, skills, and abilities to conduct their primary assigned tasks such as sample preparation or operating instruments (e.g., GC, GC/MS, HPLC, ICP/AES, ICP/MS) to analyze organic and/or inorganic compounds, data review or conducting air monitoring or other field activities with direction and oversight as well as sufficient versatility to support additional assigned tasks as needed to meet client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Environmental Science or 4 additional years experience
Responsibilities
- Sample preparation
- Operating instruments (e.g., GC, GC/MS, HPLC, ICP/AES, ICP/MS) to analyze organic and/or inorganic compounds
- Data review
- Conducting air monitoring or other field activities with direction and oversight
- Supporting additional assigned tasks as needed to meet client requirements
