We are seeking a passionate Environmental Services Lead (Night Shift) to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe, clean, and presentable environment for both employees and clients, upholding the ARC mission and values.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Adherence to Confidentiality requirements as outlined in 42 CFR, Part 2.
  • Computer literate with experience in a Windows environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize work and work-related responsibilities.
  • Must have the ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of Substance Abuse.
  • Knowledge of Federal, State and Municipal laws and/or regulations that regulate the treatment of alcoholism and drug addiction, including: Confidentiality, Persons served/client rights, Professional Code of Ethics, Discrimination.

Responsibilities

  • Perform janitorial duties at the Crown Campus.
  • Oversee the work of part-time temporary staff to ensure high-quality cleanliness.
  • Conduct outdoor janitorial duties, including trash pickup, weed removal, and general grounds maintenance.
  • Perform indoor janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies in kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Maintain respectful relationships with employees, interns, and clients.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professional disposition towards colleagues.
  • Foster positive working relationships with staff and clients.
  • Report policy or personnel issues to supervision.
  • Protect the privacy of all staff and client information in accordance with company policies and federal/state laws.
  • Access protected health information (PHI) and client information only as necessary to perform job duties and share only with those who have a need to know.
  • Report any concerns regarding privacy policies or observed violations to a supervisor without fear of retaliation.
