As a EVS Technician you will be responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of all carpets and floors within our community in addition to other custodial tasks during the evening hours. Requirements

Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively in English.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and solvents, with a demonstrated commitment to safe handling practices.
Willingness and ability to learn proper cleaning techniques and equipment care procedures.
Work collaboratively as part of a team in a structured work environment.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to completing tasks accurately and on time.
Can handle multiple tasks and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to stand and walk long distances up to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to stoop and work from a kneeling position; perform repetitive bending, reaching, and stretching.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. independently.
Must be able to push and/or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. over tiled and carpeted surfaces over long distances.
Flu vaccine required.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hard floor and carpet care is preferred; but not required.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required, as this role involves operating a golf cart.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of all carpets and floors within our community.
Perform other custodial tasks during the evening hours.
Operate a vacuum.
Work in confined spaces around furniture and breakable objects.
Have constant contact with residents.
