About The Position

Monarch Landing, an award-winning senior living community in north Naperville, is seeking a hospitality-minded Environmental Services Technician. This full-time position involves maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, guests, and employees. You will be part of a team that values its employees and is committed to creating an exceptional experience for residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A dependable, positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• A hospitality-focused approach and willingness to work as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Three to six months of janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and janitorial duties throughout the community.
• Complete floor care and other assigned housekeeping tasks.
• Assist with community-wide trash and recycling collection.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Help ensure common areas and resident spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service to our residents.
