Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
On-the-job training provided
Must demonstrate strong customer service, teamwork, and interdepartmental communication skills.

Nice To Haves

1-3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, long-term care, or other institutional environmental services setting.

Responsibilities

Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment that enhances the experience of patients, visitors, and staff.
Managing the flow of clean and soiled linen by receiving, staging, and organizing it to ensure efficiency.
Providing essential route coverage and public area support.
Assisting in discharge and turnover processes to facilitate smooth operations.
Performing periodic detail cleaning tasks.
