About The Position

The EVS Floor Care Technician role provides a welcoming and comforting first and lasting impression to the community we serve by ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and staff of Lake Health District. Duties include all manner of floor care on a variety of surfaces common to healthcare facilities as well and upholstery and furniture care.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to follow written and verbal requests of immediate supervisor
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Successful completion of 500-hour probationary period
• Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen required upon conditional job offer

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Floor Care Certification preferred, but not required
• 2yr previous professional floorcare experience in a healthcare environment, preferred
