The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience. How will you impact our mission? Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of the opening of our new Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth, currently under construction at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must possess High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in housekeeping/janitorial work
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Knows and implements the correct level of cleaning (cleaning, sanitizing, disinfecting) for all RCHR areas.
• Demonstrates proper and safe chemical use, equipment handling, and labor-saving products for all items within the specialty areas tasked with servicing.
• Adheres to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards; promotes a culture of safety.
• Recognize safety hazards and acting – wiping up spills, keep areas uncluttered
