About The Position
The Environmental Services Tech Lead oversees daily staff duties and assignments in the department, ensuring completion that meets the set standard. This role involves evaluating conditions and cleanliness through inspection and quality control measures, and coordinating staff training in the proper use of chemicals, equipment processes, and safety issues. The position requires continuous walking and standing, with potential for bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be capable of working independently and able to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms. A physical ability test is required as a condition of employment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a housekeeper aide or similar job.
- Capable of working independently.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and complete written forms.
- Continuous walking and standing, with potential for bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Potential for highly stressful situations due to customer concerns.
