About The Position

Performs a variety of cleaning, janitorial, and related duties to maintain the hospital building and assigned areas in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition. Moves light furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed in work areas, including patient rooms, nursing stations, corridors, lounges, bathrooms, nourishment rooms, utility rooms, and offices.

Requirements

• Basic ability to read and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to follow specific documented procedures.
• Ability to deal tactfully with the public and other hospital personnel.
